Which agencies can use ISL Manager?

ISL Manager is designed for ISL agencies of any size that support consumers through Department of Mental Health programs. Agencies can use the tools that fit their services and day-to-day operations.

How is the monthly charge calculated?

Billing is based on the number of consumers active in the system during the month. The rate is $65 per active consumer per month, regardless of agency size.

Do larger agencies pay a different per-consumer rate?

No. The same $65 monthly rate applies for each active consumer, whether your agency supports a few people or operates across multiple locations.

Can staff access be limited by role?

Yes. Controlled backend access rights let agencies tailor access so team members can work with the information relevant to their responsibilities.

Can we adapt how we use ISL Manager?

Yes. Agencies can organize consumer, worker, household, and location information around their own processes and choose the operational tools that support their work.

What daily work can the system help coordinate?
